The support of our sponsors is critical to our ongoing operation and to the quality of our events. We have developed a collaborative, mutually beneficial sponsorship model that provides significant value for our sponsors, while maintaining the integrity of the forum for our members.
We offer sponsors the opportunity to support AdMonsters and to interact with our members on site during the sponsored event. As the AdMonsters membership includes operations and technical staff from all of the largest and many other major online media sites in the U.S. and Europe, working directly with AdMonsters has enabled our sponsors to cultivate deeper strategic relationships with their client base, leading to insight on product direction as well as increased sales. We seek sponsors who complement our focus on operations and technology, and who will contribute to the content to the AdMonsters conference forum.

At each AdMonsters Conference we offer the following four levels of sponsorship. We accept only one Platinum sponsor and four Gold sponsors per conference, and there are a limited number of Silver and Bronze sponsorships available.

Members’ Dinner sponsorship
Throughout the year, AdMonsters hosts a number of dinners throughout North America and Europe to which existing and prospective members are invited, including representatives from agencies and publishers alike. Members’ dinners are informal affairs that provide a chance to get together in between conferences in the spirit of the AdMonsters forum. Dinners will be held in a restaurant venue selected by AdMonsters.We offer a single, exclusive sponsorship of each Dinner event.
Sponsor benefits:
• Exclusive sponsor representation at the dinner. No other AdMonsters sponsor vendors will be invited or present.
• Sponsor recognition on all information distributed ahead of the dinner
• One sponsor representative per 4 member attendee (usually about 20 - 25 members attend, depending on the locale)
• Full attendee contact database
Wireless networking sponsorship
• Provides attendees with the ability to stay connected throughout the conference via wireless internet access.• Logo placement on conference materials notifying attendees of online access sponsorship.
• Logo placement at access points
• Can be added-on to other sponsorships, or purchased as a stand-alone opportunity.
AdMonsters Web site sponsorship As part of larger sponsorship packages, AdMonsters may offer the opportunity to place a separate banner or button on the AdMonsters website on a quarterly or semi-annual basis. The sponsor’s creative will be accompanied by language similar to “Brought to you by,” “Sponsored by,” “Made possible by” etc. The specific language is to be agreed to by both parties. Web site sponsorship will be offered on a limited basis as part of comprehensive packages only.
