    Leadership Forum US V

    AdMonsters Leadership Forum, held twice a year, brings together the most senior members of the online ad operations community for a day of workshops, member-led presentations, and peer-certified best practice recommendations. This forum is truly a meeting of the minds for those leading operations online.

    AdMonsters Leadership Forum expands the audience developed at our publisher conferences to include those from agencies, advertising networks, and technical and services provides in the online advertising community. This expanded depth and breadth of participants aims to accelerate the shift of 'above the line' ad spend to online while at the same time helping the entire industry manage the increasing volume and complexity of online advertising.

    Attendees are carefully vetted for both seniority within their organization as well as experience in the online ad industry. Typical attendees are senior directors of operations or higher and have 3+ years in the industry. If you fit this profile and lead ad operations, trafficking, media buying, or technical creative development for an online agency, AdMonsters Leadership forum will be an invaluable tool for you.


    The Leadership Forum is a key opportunity to meet your peers and your publisher ad operations counterparts and to engage in hands-on, in-depth analysis and problem-solving with the leaders in online ad operations across the industry.     Keynote: David Clark, EVP & GM Joost

    David ClarkAdMonsters is happy to have David Clark, EVP & GM of Joost, the cutting edge web-based video platform, deliver the keynote at our fifth Leadership Forum. With more than 15 years experience in television, advertising and online media, David Clark heads up Joost’s North American operations and the company's global advertising strategy.

    Dave will be leading a session focused on optimizing the relationship between the sales team, advertisers, and operations. Along the way, he'll be calling out key strategies for winning operations team in 2008 and beyond.


    Conference Format

    The conference format for Leadership Forum US V will run one full day, starting with breakfast the morning of Apr 17, 2008, with the conference concluding around 5:00 pm. The Leadership Forum will be followed by a dinner. All attendees are expected to join.

    The agenda for the Leadership Forum is comprised of attendee-led sessions on a wide variety of ad operations and technology topics. Some examples include: ad technology developments, inventory management, organizational structure, business process automation, ad operations policies, streamlining communication, rich media, and case studies. Actual sessions will be developed in collaboration with our members.
